I really want to express how much I enjoy a roast Lamb dinner. The lamb has to be cooked slowly with Thyme or Rosemary. The potatoes par-bolied then roasted until sticky and dark brown. Crushed carrot and turnip with mushy peas, mint sauce, lamb gravy, parsnips, yorkshire puddings and mashed potatoes, make this a delightful meal to eat.

A sponge pudding with custard wouldn't go amiss afterwards.

Hi there!

You probably won't get many answers to your question posting here -- if you look at the top of the page, you can see that this is a forum for a FAQ *about* h2g2. If you just want to talk *on* h2g2, and ask your question, a good place to go is askh2g2 -- lots of people hang out there who like to ask and answer questions like this.

cheers
Mikey, your friendly neighborhood Guru
