The Entry was divided into two main sections, each with a number of steps. These were called "Rule One - Don't Panic" and "Part Two - Survival". It makes more sense to have the "Don't Panic" as a separate introductory section, and then to label the first section as "Part One - Taking Stock", so I've done this.

Most of the text on not panicking was in Part 1, Step 1 when it should be in the Don't Panic section. I've moved it.

Check yourself for injuries. This isn't as idiot-proof as you might think - especially severe injuries may shut down your nervous system.
-- it's not immediately obvious what this means, but I believe that the following is a clearer version:

Some minor changes:

Colons removed from the ends of all headers.
