The Entry was divided into two main sections, each with a number of steps. These were called "Rule One - Don't Panic" and "Part Two - Survival". It makes more sense to have the "Don't Panic" as a separate introductory section, and then to label the first section as "Part One - Taking Stock", so I've done this.
Most of the text on not panicking was in Part 1, Step 1 when it should be in the Don't Panic section. I've moved it.
Check yourself for injuries. This isn't as idiot-proof as you might think - especially severe injuries may shut down your nervous system. -- it's not immediately obvious what this means, but I believe that the following is a clearer version: Check yourself for injuries. This is not as easy as you might think - very severe injuries may shut down your nervous system, so you can't feel that there is anything wrong. Some minor changes:
Colons removed from the ends of all headers.
twenty or thirty or fifty --> 20 or 30 or 50
and most important-you! --> and most importantly - you!
ALWAYS Stick together and ALWAYS maintain a positive mental attitude. --> Always stick together and always maintain a positive mental attitude.
McGuyver --> MacGyver
You may need to change these steps slightly if needed. --> You may need to change these steps slightly in some circumstances.
perhaps shorn up with branches or rocks --> perhaps shorn up with branches or rocks
and for an average person one can live for about two weeks --> and an average person can live for about two weeks
