The window is beautiful. Thanks for sharing it!
Thanks for the info on this scientist. It is a shame that he is not better known. Great pic as well. It was a relief after all the other scary stuff in this week. Good luck seeing the meteor showers. Do you live near one of the Dark Parks?
Thank you so much for the feedback!
As it happens, it's clear tonight and I keep popping outside with my binos. I know Io is being eclipsed by Jupiter tonight
My scary stuff was in The Post last month, Elektragheorgheni
A87648772 but I have seen some truly scary images on Facebook this week, check out http://spaceweather.com/submissions...ell-Zoltan-Kenwell-2_1319557004.jpg (that's a real aurora!)
I don't have to go anywhere if it's a clear night, my back garden has dark sky, and no streetlights spoiling the view. I can see for miles and millions of miles. There's a gorgeous arm of the Milky Way on display tonight, along with sparkling Jupiter and red Aldebaran, later I'm going to try and hunt down that comet in Hercules

You are so lucky to be in an area with such little light pollution. Good luck on your sky hunt!
Thank you!
