1. There isn't even a British flag (yet)! You might have stood a better chance asking for a maple leaf without explaining why.
2. You should have posted on Development-Smileys with your smiley idea not here.
3. That h2g2 smiley ideas list is currently closed anyway. It was getting too long and no date had been set for a new batch to be released.
4. No, I think 1 to 3 cover it.

No British Flag either? thats a shame. Either would be good. My family comes from over seas. But with them being so far it means i miss them, all but once a year when they're here Lonefaery

Well you are allowed to advertise that you are from . Canada is just off the top left of that. Imagine how much harder it would be to visit if your family were on or some other .
