Reminds me of a joke I saw the other day:

A: Light, lightbulb, light switch, sex, teens light, bulb.
 actually that is a bit geeky probably... but it made me laugh 
I still need to try advertise the meet a bit more widely... get a link on to the FP if I can, and thepost, and a convo in ask and misc chat maybe

Depends what date it ends up on really, and whether my hectic lifestyle (yeah, right) keeps that date free. But I would like to try and come and maybe even bring Mrs. D along too!

There's no Hull meet this year, but there will be one at Cleethorpes instead, which I am organising. I'll wait till the London meet is fixed to avoid a clash but I was thinking about June anyway (best weather in these parts). There's enough room at Gordon's house for those who can't afford hotelrooms.

Ooooh put me down as a maybe, I shall see what tine exams and stuff are and what the money situation is. Might have to borrow someone's sofa for a night or the youth hostel.

Updated the atendee list... I may have missed a couple off though, as I've seen you post in this thread, but not actually* indicate wheather you intend to (definate or possible) come to the meet or not

21st May is the only date that's out for me so far, but like others, I wouldn't want to influence the outcome and then not be able to attend myself.

I'll come if I can make it.
I forgot to say here that I'll be there, circumstances willing.
I've gone to H2G2 meets in New York and Pennsylvania, but not London. Put me down as tentative. The behavior of Iceland's volcanoes might also come into play, but I won't know about that until a week or two before the meet.
I think I could be a definite maybe, provided I can take a couple days off whenever the meet is held. And that *shouldn't* be a problem.
So I suppose I'm a definite.
I'll check my calendar and vote if I find a favourite date.
Might (possibly) come with a friend (if I can persuade him...)
