There is a saying "The road to hell is paved with good intentions", which I think means human interaction is a strange and difficult to predict business.
Now that a formal announcement has been posted clarifying this existing policy, this thread no longer serves a useful purpose and no further benefit can be expected to come of it. As such, this thread is now closed to further comment.
