I get the feeling that this thread has a lot of men not really thinking about the cottage cheese and diets but more about a woman in neoprene...

You could smear the cottagers cheese all over (much like channel swimmers use lard) and you could forgo the wetsuit, and rock u in speedos !!
>> "What do I do with all this cottage cheese?"
didn't George Michael use it for cheese cottaging?
...don't quote me on that, tho'
If you've got cottage cheese, you've got to put Scottish oatcakes underneath it. Here's a recipe from Huge Furry Whittingstall:
140g medium oatmeal 140g porridge oats 10 twists black pepper half tsp salt 75ml extra virgin olive oil
Mix the dry stuff together, pour the oil into a well in the centre, then pour in enough boiling water to make a firm dough. Roll on a floured surface to 5mm thick, cut into discs with a 6cm cutter. Put them on greased and floured baking trays and cook at 180C for 15-20 mins, turn over and cook for 5-10 mins more. Cool on a rack. Eat them all within a few hours. Repeat. Give up on the whole wetsuit thing.
Is the cottage cheese full fat, lowfat, or nonfat? Just curious, as your consumption of it will influence the calories you take in.
I think I've mixed cottage cheese into bread or cake batters. It would not be my first choice, but my interpretation of your posts is that you have the cottage cheese anyway and don't want it to go to waste (or waist).
You could make a cottage cheese dip and use celery or carrot or zucchini strips with it. You mentioned fruit. Cottage cheese is divine with pears or pineapple. Trouble is, fruit is high in carbs. Vottage cheese has a fair bit of protein, though, so if you get the proportions right you should be okay. :-0

In various countries around the Med, they make little cheesecakes made from pastry with ricotta. They are really tasty! I don't see any reason you couldn't make them with cottage cheese instead. And pastry needn't be too fattening assuming you don't make it with a quarter-stone of butter...

NB: My advice on slimming is not to be heeded. My problem is having to eat like a demon to keep weight on!

Thanks for the diet and er other advice I will keep it in mind.
What's this with carbs then? Should I avoid carbs?
There are people in the world who believe carbs are the enemy. But you shouldn't cut out whole food groups, that's not how a balanced diet works.
However you should probably consider the carbs you eat and what you eat them with. Let's face it, some carbs go rather well with some fats.* Wholegrains, fruit & veg, they're good carbs, the long-burning ones which don't give you a sugar high then leave you longing for more.

*I'm thinking thick cut white bread spread thick with slightly salted butter .

I can't believe I know this (and I'm admiting to it)- but Speedo produce an all body swim suit that many fetishes use instead of the wetsuit as it's easier to remove and more breathable but still gives that tight all over trampoline look.

you might live to regret that admission because I think that it is a trinket of information that should be shared with the world and put forward as qotd
