For that is the day on which Burton's Biscuits launch the ... 
...Choccie Dodger!
The TV ads will appear during the Britain's Got Talent show (so at last - a reason to watch it)
And so to the question.
Do we need a Choccie Dodger?

Yes.
I'm pretty sure the world already has them. They're certainly showing on all five shops at mysupermarket.com.
But I don't think they're necessary. If someone wanted a chocolate/biscuit fix, why would they look any further than a penguin?

"Chocolate Dodger" sounds like some kind of euphemism... 
Well, I know I really should dodge chocolate when it comes my way. 
I swear Asda already sells them..

Unfortunately, I have very weak defenses where chocolate is concerned. I will probably never encounter a Chocolate Dodger, but if I did, I would have no chance of dodging it.
Wouldn't that be a bit like a Wagon Wheel?

I'm willing to try it out. I quite liked both lemon and toffee dogers, and, as a bonus, none of the rest of the family did, so I got the whole packet both times.
But yeah, you can't beat a penguin for a quick chocolate fix. Anything smaller and you want more than one. Anything bigger and chocolatier and you feel bad for having troughed it.

We already have Chocolate Dodger, or rather did... The old Chocolate Dodger of old London town... Dodging through the night, and dodging through the day, dodging all that of chocolate, that comes the dodgers way
