Oh friends,
Egads but it has been a while, has it not?

Today I realized that, almost five years of french later, I can't remember what a box is in french. We were translating with Spanish and French today to communicate with our night janitors and I suffered a mind blank as I'm trying to ask him to discard the boxes of our cats... w/o looking inside.

In the meantime, something spectacular has happened.

Last sentence sure got your attention, did it not?

Am listening to Killswith Engaged and just sitting in front of the screen. I'm pleased to write that I've recieved some great ideas for Medraut from my Muse, who was or so I suspect spending her sweet time inspiring others while leaving me behind. But no more talk of doubts, the point is that I've grown beyond my own laziness to continue with the imperfections that make me constructive.

Got my graded paper for Reed all ready. My teacher pointed out some grammer/syntax mistakes and awkward phrasing but she complimented me on my own "voice" but also showed me how well she knows me, yet another might think my paper is unclear because I alluded to too many things in different turns of phrases. Overall, the suggestion is that I "either have to be less specific or more specific" and the latter was strongly recommended. I'll have a look tonight when I re-edit.

I've found out I really like Daysend. Over the weekend while studying for my Biology and Physics finals I went on a spurge of Musicals and immersed myself in The Lion King, Les Miserables and The Phantom of the Opera. 5 cd's on shuffle/repeat and a quick perusal of Gone With the Wind later, I became brave enough to tackle some rotational dynamics problems.

You thought that was self-indulgence, did you not? Well, today was the last day of exams for me anyway since I found myself exempt from Issues of Conscience and Senior Project (though I still need to formalize that lab for next [this] semester's honors biology sophmores)so I do not have to go to school tomorrow. Anyway I've tried to ask permission for taking the exam anyway to get one more point but my teacher advised me not to "once you reach a certain level the only direction you go is down, Lily"

ah well I won't then. Saddens me today as I left the biology classroom how it's my last time being nervous and stressed with a great teacher. I'll miss the pressure, for she's pushed us hard as she could. She's magnificent. We placed our class photos in jars so "you live in a jar" forever in her lab. After-bio Party tomorrow at 1 pm @ Garrett's, his parents really are awesome folks. It's snowing now but I hope it rains so we could relax in his hottub with the rain splattering into the bubbles like it did last year.

School's joining as a chapter for helping with Sudanese Internal Displaced Person camps, all the proceeds will go to Doctors W/O Borders, as for the needy and the Darfur women as they are forced to go out of camps to get firewood and supplies and are raped and if they're old they would get beaten. Men however are killed if caught by janjaweed or military so it's the less evil for women to go.

I reckon there is a hell and somebody famous once said hell exists on earth. It's times like this you're wondering, and wondering. There's a legislations passed by senate but not by the House yet so contact your Representatives if you have a mind to.

On the book side, I did finish A Feast For Crows but for anybody who hasn't started The Song of Ice and Fire series yet (which is [insert your pick of strong vehement approval] good) won't spoil it for fear of being smited by avid G. R. R. Martin fans who simply hadn't the chance to borrow or buy the book as of yet.

I once read that the tme to end any narration is when it fulfils you. As I have no more will to write or do anythign but to listen to Creed for a while instead of U2 and some rock ballads, I'll end my journal here tonight. Take care, my friends!

Gosh, people here are so illiterate, I'm stumped by your pig spanish, by the way but the geek always finds a way to communicate

I was wondering if there's a long word for having the fear of long words... you know all these terms for phobias et cetera

I know, I look forward to reading more about Stannis and Jon in that book, it'll be interesting to see what happens with Arya though there was a time when I hope she'd marry Gendry and be queen of the North I think either Daeny or Tyrion would make a better ruler

*spoiler*

Do you think Jaime will kill Cersei by ignoring her plea for his part in a trial by battle? The prophecy says little brother, and Jaime's born second since the whole thingy with Myrcella and the Dornish laws of gaining the Iron Throne with a first born rather than Tommen so technically Cersei was the Lady of Castle Rock wasn't she instead of Jaime or Tyrion, for it was her birthright as eldest

The Issues/freshman year history teacher <3s the Simpsons, he gives us trivia questions about that show for jeopardy!
