PJ's it's a brilliant video and it's great to see that you have made such fantastic progress, keep the good work up.

You are on your way PJ. You know what the golfer said, "the more I practice, the luckier I get".

Well done PJ, keep up with the good work. It must be great to look people in the eye again however briefly.

Triquack - Prof and I have experiences in common about having a spine that hasnŽt read the manual. So why needle only him when PJ is a sitting target?

Hi Pit, from the smileys I assume that you say that in fun. My spine has read the manual but I bust it at C3 many years ago, as it stands PJ walks better than me and should make a complete recovery. I don't really understand what you're saying, sorry.
A bit of insider humour healthier people would consider rather dark. I guess Prof and I just had problems during the growing up phases but PJ and you got hit by a sledgehammer.
hi prof
just seen the youtube you sent looking good sooon be ready for the olympics, jim

Well said that man!

PJ came in from physio this afternoon, totally drained (and sweating)he'd overdone it "slightly" plenty of walking between the parallel bars, with the "occasional" sitting
I'm really impressed with that video -- no cane or handholds, and PJ can navigate from the wheelchair around the end of the sofa to the other sofa? Damn, that's good to see!
Don't overdo it too often, just often enough, PJ.

There is a thin line between doing 'not enough', 'enough' and doing 'too much' and with PJ I am sure he errs on the too much side as he is eager to become independent again.

In my experience it is not unique to you and yours but to Yorkshiremen generally, unless I just got lucky
