Sorry about the head. Most of the people that have lived here their whole lives don't get it either... Only someone who spent years as a reporter covering local governments would care enough to put it down on paper. 
If you're in the mood to make a little change, Pennsylvania now has 500 school districts. Two merged since I submitted this entry apparently!  That's the first 'graph in the School Districts header.

OK! Changed that, and changed it in the 2nd para of the entry too , also added footnote that enrolments were 'At time of writing' which I should have put in before .
Are you OK for this to be returned as it stands?
