hey again! glad to see you around. Just a note, before anyone jumps on you - there are lots of bugs in the new pretty default 'burlesque' skin. I prefer it myself - but - one of the biggest issues is that it puts lots of squiggles onto the other skins whenever you write an apostrophe in it.
If you change to brunel or alabaster and read your reply in the vegetable Peer Review thread you will see what I mean. Sorry about that! We're going to fix it, I promise - but for now you should either use alabaster or brunel, or leave out any apostrophes.
Shagbark is a sweet person, but I bet he picks you up on it - he won't realise you're brand new and all.

by the way, I've just nipped round to your place and left some milk in the fridge - you were getting a little low !
 It's either that, or constantly thinking "Oh, yeah, I'm low on milk" and getting a new carton daily for a while, and in a week sit there with eight quarts of sour milk...
So, did you find anything to snack on while you were over? I could do with some  myself, it's my constant weakness...

Sorry I have been a bit absent recently - it's been crazy. Yeah, I know, but actually a little more crazy than normal.
Just wanted to say that the Eds tools are still dysfunctional but we have big guns working on trying to fix them, and when this happens we can allocate a proper sub-editor to do the final stuff on your Hair-do piece.
I know you emailed me your latest contribution and I promise to find it and read it - it is on my to do list, so I am sorry if you think I am ignoring it. I wish there were two of me, but I am in two minds about that.

I guessed things weren't quite going to plan, and you know me, I'm the patient one
But I do hope that things are getting a little more organised, so you're not getting too stressed...you were supposed to be going back to Lanza, to get away from all of that at W.R's! Although different types of stress do different things...have you lain on the beach and fallen asleep yet?? No, don't tell me, I'll go a bit  You'll be pleased to know that it was just 4degrees yesterday, a bit warmer today, but if I told you the temperature today, it wouldn't sound so dramatic!
I miss you too, we never did the shopping for your new jeans...may be I should write about another outrageous adventure...shoppingforjeans...?

Today started out dismal - still everyone fending off the huge bug in the system - but I went out and had a coffee in the harbour with Gnomon and his delightful wife - and when I came back ( I walked the pretty way ) I found that the bug was slain. How amazing!
So now I can allocate someone to sub-edit your hairdo Entry - such a huge relief to be able to get things moving.
Our technical team are truly amazing and very patient with me. I ask the most deadly inane questions.
No - I've hardly been to the beach, but hopefully come Monday afternoon, when the new edition of the Front Page is 'out' I shall go and have a well deserved hour or so with a paperback.

I waved a bit of a magic wand over your PS, so it should look okay now. Please remind me which Create badge you said you tried to get? Oh, and don't edit the space in Pliny, I think that might have made things go wonky. Best to use Alabaster for the time being for any editing.
