I just wanted to apologise if I offended you in any way in the 'quietly proud' thread.
I know there are children far worse off than mine. At lease mine grew up surrounded by love and affection.
And.. as you can see, I still fight to protect my daughters, no matter how old they are. Nick has no right to bring them into his silly vendetta with me.

No, not at all. You have a valid point.
I once almost walked out of a Girl Guide AGM when a guest magistrate began harping on about broken homes and one-parent families being the problem with today's society (this was in the 80's).
The stupid bint didn't realise that more than half of the Guiders present were divorced with children. Society's problems come in all shapes and sizes, children are just dragged along with it.
