I was not really listening to an ad on the telly the other night and I heard the phrase "not the monkey" sung in a Motown style.
I notice that most people refer to you just as "the monkey", which is interesting. Despite you denying it, in the popular perception you are not not the monkey. Any chance you could add "Ed" to the front of your name, for ease of addressing?

That's the one - it's used in the "Dirty" Lynx ad.
It's terrible when good music gets used in ads. (And that one *is* good! I'd not heard of it.)
At the moment some evil company is using 'The Return of Django' by The Upsetters - an all time favourite of mine.
