I had my appointment at the Nephrology clinic today. My kidney function is "stable", apparently, but my blood pressure and Potassium levels were a little high.

Afterwards, George came round briefly and swapped some blank discs for some memory packaging.

I cooked up a huge crock=pot of vegetable curry.

I watched "Bones", "House", "CSI", "The Cleveland Show", "Family Guy" and "American Dad".
