I went to Galway this year so its lucky I tan easily
Ieven managed to get mild prickly heat over there, must be the UV and not the heat that causes it 
Except now they're saying there are two sorts of UV rays? Or that's just a way of understanding it?
 about all I know about UV is its bad for you
I sort of vaguely remember knowing more but that was 20-odd years ago and I forgot all my physics asap

I can't find the thing at the moment though, it looked like it went under the wardrobe but I can't see it.
