Sssshhh everyone. The family hound is finally asleep under my desk and its only taken two hours to get him settled.
The next student who walks in here and wakes him up is in big trouble.

Generally there are rules about this sort of thing - but this is my library! Anyway the college is an old agricultural college (with sports courses now tacked on) and I regularly house small animals that are in transit around the place.
The is only in here for three days as my parents have gone off for the week, my brother is working - and the hound can't be left in the house alone all day. The neigbours are too frail to let him out, and what with one thing and another it was easier all round for me to bring him in for a few days. No one has keeled over with an allergic reaction yet, and most of the students and staff who have encountered him have fallen for his grin and thrashing tail. I'm knackered!
*giggles*
What fun!!

"Odo & Master B have a new kind of dog: pigeon hound"
Just to reassure you, pheloxi - I got that, even if no-one else did.
It might be the only one of your jokes I've ever got, but nice one.
