A fantastic interactive fiction game from Douglas Adams.
Now a classic, this game still compares favourably to modern titles (except for the graphics - there aren't any).
Play it Online
You can play the game online at the douglasadams.com website
Unfortunately, you will not be able to save your game as you progress. This can get frustrating!
Download the Game
You will need to download:
- An interpreter such as WinFrotz
- The h2g2 game file
Then unzip them into the same folder and away you go.

If you need a hint download the
h2g2 invisiclues file and open it with
WinFrotz
If you get lost, try the
h2g2 mapDo try and solve the problems yourself first though, as that is what makes the game so enjoyable.
