Here we are with another sparkling issue of your favourite online newspaper.
As you may or may not have noticed I have been a little absent lately. This is due to a number of reasons, mainly that I have been somewhat unwell and was dispatched to hospital to undertake that most uncomfortable of examinations - the colon xray. Thankfully being told
that I am clear of any cancer, I am still waiting on the final diagnosis from my doctor. One thing I can say with all honesty is that, for at least four days last week, I was most certainly not full of c**p. 
Another reason, which has affected my online participation far more, is that this household has developed a strange reluctance to be able to add/update entries on h2g2 if they are above a certain size. This has led to me having to take a sabbatical from my sub-editing work and
also to my faithful deputy, Greebo, having to upload all recent Post articles. This means that any oversights, spelling mistakes, etc, etc may not be rectified as quickly as before as I have to fully rely on Greebo to implement changes instead of both of us dropping by occasionally. Please bear with us - we hope to cure the problem soon.
Today, I have finally done what I should have done two years ago and signed up for an intensive Dutch language course. It looks to be very intensive indeed and, although today was fairly easy for me, I have a nasty feeling that things will become much harder in the near future. So, if I start to drift into another tongue or my spelling starts to feature too many vowels, you'll know why!
