Thank you for the article. Yes, it is entirely relevant to what I call the "macro-economic transformation" thrust of my work.
The following link also joins some threads together that I have come across.
http://tinyurl.com/36sluc4What we are looking at in the UK is a new macro-economic approach and using, possibly, the VNA way of visualising it, to create an outline of it.
I suspect that "reconciliation" will be greatly assisted by being able to see the big picture in outline form, and being positioned to connect our actions to it and influence it by dialogue, probably through informed pressure groups that influence the political class. Also, the use of appropriate metaphors to spark the imagination can be used.
VNA is simply two things:
1) A way of viewing organisation or community interactions. It is very simple and has
Components:
a) nodes as People
b) nodes as role plays
c) deliverables (tangible and intangible)
Flows:
a) Formal flows
b) Informal flows
c) Energy flows (not official VNA, but I add it)
It would be helpful if "Forgiveness" and "deliverance" could be explainable to non religious communities in a language they understand. Any thoughts on that? What are the deliverables from "Forgiveness" and "deliverance?" is that a meaningless question?
There is much work to do!

The picture I get from the 3 components and flows that you mentioned, is one of 3 people of great wisdom sitting side by side, each representing one of the flows.
They are facing the world at the general council of the UN, with the mission to absorb and to settle the energy of chaos, and to guide its transformed movement into the renewing cultivation of universal Health-Education-Correction, causing the macro-economic transformation(MET) to rise up from personal inspiration, along with communal resolution, instead of peer coercion and individualized oppression.
MET needs a catalyst to generate individual attention and to energize collective movements of interest into assembling from personal to communal, so as to cultivate the model to embody MET's demonstration.
The Ministry of Reconciliation deploying forgiveness and deliverance is this catalyst.
The context that offers me a personal opportunity to experience the coming on of such a possible catalyst from micro to macro, is the pursuit of Sovereignty from many people amongst whom I was born and raised, Québec.
So far, that pursuit has been and goes on being an effort to separate and to become independent from Canada.
What I suggest, is a promotion to convinced Québecois to transit from pursuing political Sovereignty that calls for separation and independence to getting on with applying cultural Sovereignty that moves as we unite into a renewing definition that says:
"Sovereignty is the ability to make decisions in serene maturity and knowledge, equipped with the capacity to implement these decisions with complete wisdom and responsibility."
There currently is open a window of opportunity to bring on such a promotion, to convince Québecois to accept and to buy into adopting the practice of cultural Sovereignty, instead of the political one.
This window is a campaign by the federal leader of the opposition from Québec, Gilles Duceppe. He has sent a letter to 1600 high profile personalities around the world, to explain that the best attempt to get the French province to sign in, on the 1982 Constitution of Canada, is 20 years old and that it is now time for Québecois to consider going into another referendum for Sovereignty and to take on the option of becoming a country of our own.
The beauty of entering such a campaign with the aim of choosing between either Political Sovereignty and becoming our own country or moving on now with cultural Sovereignty to harmonize one another within the context of Health-Education-Correction, is that amongst Québecois, there can be no loosers from such a referendum; only winners.
Even the rest of Canada would benefit from being rid of uncertainty.
The best future of both rests in growing from a stale present into a blossoming service to God and humanity.
By taking on the option of cultural Sovereignty, we then enter the immediate future, consolidating all the best of Canada so far, and we move on to apply the lessons from the past, planning together and moving out of unsustanability by growing within the paradigm of sustainable economic development.
As the Sovereign Québecois awaken, so does the Canadian citizenship, entering a renewd era of political history, celebrating the true North strong and free as we settle across the threshold of our coming of age, growing by owning up to Love in the unity constituted of God's glory within and amongst all people, moving in the strengthening of our service position.
Our entry into this immediate future bring us to harmonise our three levels of Canadian votes into one exercise.
This means that we will no longer be a politically disjointed citizenship.
At present, we go on within a pattern that keeps us separated between educationaly-municipaly, then provincially, then federally, leaving the collective focus in a flux of constant confusion, made of divisions that remains agitated by unresolved and conflicting interests.
In time, by the force of unity, the stabilisation of democracy will call for the replacement of voting for a party and a Prime Minister's Office.
The replacement will come from cultural Sovereignty having grown a permanent structure made of The Prime Ministry Office, which could be for example Reconciliation and then, The Secondary Ministry's Office, which could be Social planning or Health, The Third Ministry could be Education and so on...
Once these Ministries's are identified, the structure will then be in place to transit the vote toward deciding which teams we want to drive these Ministries from local to national.
In doing so, the deceit of popularity can no longer rob democracy from the full fledge service of genuine expertise.
As we go on fleurishing in democracy's maturity, the CBC launches "The pilot of the Universe-City".
This initiative is to serve cultural Sovereignty, reaching out with personal inspiration in context of communal resolution, develloping and delivering the universal approach of Health-Education-Correction.
Doing so brings in global context the meaning of Canada, which is Village. This Village is the pilot as in a pilot light.
So from this local-global Village that hosts people from all over the world at the ground level, this media Universe-City pilot lights up to radiate the Ministry of Reconciliation, serving in the hope to ignite the deployment of forgiveness and deliverance across the whole planet.
This project might eventualy be of interest to the BBC and PBS, to join with CBC into this venture of igniting the pilot into the complete ignition of democracy's ongoing flame.

Very meaningful, indeed!
I think that dealing with debts in a culture of Sovereignty as defined above, offers the picture of relief from the oppression and stress that we all need, in order to experience serenity.
Such picture of relief qualifies to reach non religious communities about the reconciliation that offers forgiveness and deliverance!
In the context of global MET, the switch of focus from political Sovereignty to cultural Sovereignty is the very best opportunity that I can see on the horizon of suistanable development, for the powers that be to apply the catalyst from micro(Québec) to macro(Canada), for as smooth of a movement from local(Canada) to global(UN) as possible.
I call the over all picture of this promotion:
"...cleansing our vision of the Crown..."
...title by which I wish to convey all of God's glory amongst humanity, and His all-encompassing authority over all of human history.
As a Canadian citizen, the Crown rests on the head of queen ElizabethII and spread across the whole Commonwealth.

The Supremacy of God is the ground of cultural Sovereignty. If we take proper care of our roots, the work will be a joyful experience, no matter how difficult!
It is my observation that for most of humanity though, such joy is as far out of sight as the ground of cultural Sovereignty is to chaos, rendering the seed of eternal life and its genuine workers more precious than ever, in this era of macro-economic transformatiion.

EMBODYMENT OF SOVEREIGNTY
Here's the central thought upon which I could see a campaign being built for the coming effort of Quebec's political Sovereignty quest.
The question I address is:
"How to galvanize most of the Quebec population to move their quest for Political Sovereignty to Cultural Sovereignty?"
CATHOLIC SETTLEMENT of GLOBALIZATION
When the funeral of the most beloved pope were held, John-Paul the second, all States of the earth were represented, except for one, China.
Even more, China has created its own Catholic Church in which, the State does the ordination of the priesthood.
Catholic means universal.
Québec's French people have been on a journey since the 1940's, to free themselves from the effects of Rome's version and limitations, in their experience of universal being and living.
By establishing a bridge of Universal Cultural Sovereignty between China's modern economic growth and Quebec's struggle with self-affirmation, the world stage is then offered the basis of a great opportunity for the East and the West to be enter the catholic reality of Christ-Jesus, driven in the Spirit of life Who can absorb the energies of chaos and convert them into energies of grace and truth, deploying the State of justice, peace and joy through the universal nature of Christ into His people.
UNIVERSAL CATALYST FOR GLOBALIZATION
From the deep simmering of thoughts, quests and visions of humanity's growth, we keep on searching for the catalyst to channel words that formulates the deployment of simplicity into a clear site-sight of-for the mature Faculty of Living, in the hope to unveil the where, how and why that the universal order of "being-having-doing" governs human well-being, just like the river of living waters does upon the children of God, within the experience of the Perpetual Celebration of Easter upon The Land of Emmanuel!
From such a view, I pray for a Universal Bridge of Cultural Sovereignty to rise by God's hands, that we may behold the Québec-China's universal citizenship, rooted in the catholic reality of Christ-Jesus!
