Alberta's wealth is providing its people with an opportunity to rise up as a society where democracy comes of age with a mature people of all people.
Here are some real life thoughts from a Quebecois born, Albertan adopted Canadian, made of people and current circumstances that can be considered together, to offer us an view to charter the passage of Alberta out of the grip of the tensions caused by the entity of terror-anti-terror circling the globe.

Here is the most recent attempt to articulate in writing, how I view the opportunity to embody the changes needed for sustainability, by entering in synch with the intersection of Mr. Klein's retirement from the Premier's office of the province and the reforms to Health-Education-Correction, by starting from my personal circumstances. In the following exerpt, I am answering to the inventor of biofuel that cleans the air with its exhaust:

...So when it comes to the ideal ground where from Ecoliving's contract of Health-Education-Correction's can work from, are with the Restorative Justice of Western Canada going to serve in the jails, which are largely filled with a majority of Aboriginal people and coincidently, it cost twice as much to serve the Native population in jail as the other prisoners, according to an Elder whom I spoke with.
By working with them to restore their claim upon "Protectors of the land on behalf of Mother Earth" from jails to the reserves with modern offerings such the ones you have to offer Rick, along with Jeff/Joy, backed up by Andrius and Franz...
Such a vision can go a long way in gaining the hearts and minds of the Aboriginal youth.
So it is in order to reach the critical mass needed with a settling effect of radiance as opposed to militancy, that I propose to take upon myself and my family to volunteer from my office of stay-at-home-dad-grand-dad-citizen-voter-taxpayer, and to walk on the The Recovery Road and to demonstrate the transformation that connects my office into the whole socio-cultural spectrum that it entails, which is no less than the connection of history and destiny of personal and communal living, known as democracy.
I can't help but to perceive that if I were to figure out how to convert my "criminal" debt to society into an investment of my gifts and talents for the rest my years on earth, that along with my case, we could make The Recovery Road appealing to the Protectors of the Earth with the modern Back To The Root offerings of Ecoling to pioneer with them Global Villages, from in the midst of their misery in jail to the little geography that they have left called "Reserves".
As long as there is no sudden jerking sequences rocking the boat and that the clarity of transparency is not compromised, I believe that most of the Canadian population is ready to assume the siding along shoulder to shoulder for such a lead of universal renewal.
Somehow, let's find the way to make the kind of noise that will connect with Mr. Klein and his time in Washington during the next 3 months, so that he can take on the job of voicing into being the Recovery Road from Alberta facilitating Aboriginal-Commonwealth-Francophony reconciliation, all the way to a united human race.

Message sent to the Premier of Alberta
Greeting Mr. Premier and staff, On the 15,11,02 was my last communication to you. I strongly feel that I must go on to promote the Alberta made Canadian lead that I am following, in order to help the governing crisis we are faced with, as a result of the 9-11's growing unknown and variables that keep fluctuating the course of predictions. As I previously mentioned, I seek to be commissioned to pursue my promotional initiative for the Canadian unity. If Canadians can find their identity's footing and the balanced life style that secures it, then there's a good chance for humanity as a whole as well. Because of the Saudi-Wood Buffalo equation, Alberta is especially placed by the course of events, to help put democracy's foot down and to divert the direction and the way in which energy runs, throughout our life style. In that context, Alberta becomes then the launching pad to phase out the western world's hype and stress by facilitating the regenerating life style of health and well-being, from the fundamentals on. The Social Union Framework Agreement needs the kind of wind in its sail that fans on the fire in your belly Mr. Klein. It is the most ideal opportunity available to consolidate the political will from the footing of consensus, and to create the avenue of change, away from the hype of terror. Because you are very busy Mr. Klein, I decided to spare you the time to have to look me up in the SUFA review web page, and I am sending you the main part of it, along with an underground tale that we see more and more of. The mail came in as I was writing this present email and I received a polite thank you note from the inter-governmental relations. I will go on working to be commissioned by the Crown to pursue my initiative on Canadian unity. Here's a little ALLIANCE’S LEAD, NO MATTER WHO’S in LEADERSHIP (Standing in the middle of gun slingers)
I went to plant my roots in Alberta from Quebec. T’was with little English in me that I went for the West. Got me job in Edmonton the day after I arrived. From the skyscraper I labored on, I noticed… Wow! There’s no end to the sky, there’s no end… It was the closest to infinity I ever felt! It inspired the limitless potential!
No politics were in me at first, but there’s no way it could stay that way; after all it was ’78 when I got here! Winds of separation were blowing in the air. From where I came, the frost had begun to settle across the land and answers were asked of me and of my staying out west.
Very little did I know, when some odd looking cowboy started bitching about the likes of me, as the bums from the East filling up his jails. That mayor got my attention! Here was a straight shooter rising in power! Could it be that Alberta is actually in the business of producing genuine leadership, I wondered?
As he rose to Premiership, another Albertan who genuinely had his fill of impure politics, set off to pull westerners together for change in Ottawa. By then, Alberta was changing me; the place was tough, but from everywhere, the signs were of a tough love, like of a Rod, designed to pull the power from heaven to purify with fire.
As the brewing of initiatives went on, Hurry to reach the siege distorted the picture. The inevitable winds of division began blowing, making the plan fall in the tyranny of urgency. An attempt to snow ball the movement got the day quite well stuck in the grey, where good old Ralph has grown the expertise to keep well balanced.
Time to regroup. The roots are dying under too much Toronto fertilizer. Time to re-enter the meaning of our being. Time to restock the day with the tempered wisdom of the grey. Time for the power of love to hit the rod and to zap the power trippers out of the field of perception, so that we may finally get on with manning life in its sanctity, Amen… © Subsense Publishing and Promotion

Soon after Mr. Harper became the leader of the Alliance, I had the opportunity to shake his hand at a bbq and the clarity of his eyes inspired me to write the following:
…AFTER THE FIRE…
… and now, after the fire, rising as one, well stocked up of greyed in maturity, here we are, ready to carry on with the journey. The fire we’ve been through must be free to go on burning, to insure that whatever is “grillable” in the controls of the Canadian citizenship, does get wholly consumed into integrity. We now know from the core of who we are that, after being touched by such heat, what is then left to go on with, is the feed of the Lead indeed! How beautiful and inspiring is the emerging scenery! The reforming Fire of the Alliance has now brought forward an itinerary in the very name of one who’s life journey is a search to provide our citizenship with the continuity to side along, for the maturing of the just society. In the name and personality of the current leader, Canadians are offered one who is equipped to both, instill the harpoon of destiny with accuracy and virility into a realistic future, as well as to arouse the intimate comfort that emanates from the warmth of caring and from the dexterity of confidence; intimate comfort as from the delicate golden sound ringing out of a well played harp amongst the family; this confident family who is now wisely enriched with the dexterity acquired in the reforming Fire of the Alliance. Indeed, after the Fire, the Allied Family is in position to metamorphose the established deceit of a better future, by facilitating the opportunity offered by the eternal present, here and now. Ps: The conservative duty is to rally our national focus to such an Alliance to the core of the state and of the dynamics of Canada. Canadians need to know without a doubt, that Mr. Mulroney and friends have learned that lesson. I have seen nothing to indicate that yet, and worse with a vengeance seems to be on its way, unless you, Mr. Harper from the uncompromised western integrity, comes through. From where I live with my family in Edmonton to where you are going, there is the movement of a natural platform to tap into, for you to ask and to receive the mandate from Canadians, for the "correction of our citizenship as well as our institutions and policies". The campaign needed, is to demonstrate in practicality, how we will go about defining the local character and the global direction of the Canadian citizenship, in a way that will draw the national youth and Quebec along with the rest of the nation, by taking on the future as one, from the point of view that on the one side, there is terror and anti-terror and on the other, there is Canada. Aiming for less is to cheat Canadians out of our destiny! If the Lord were to prick your heart to make you interested in more, I have been given a lead for our citizenship called: "...cleansing our vision of the Crown...". It can easily be adapted to your campaign as a spring board to launch and to secure the socio-cultural healing movement from the family to school, from Edmonton to Quebec, as a starting point of development. LEARNING TO SWIM UPSTREAM
From where and how I live and write, I hope to unveil the ground where can be established the peaceful contact between the underground population and the civic and financial authorities, so that togetherness may be addressed without compromise to improve health, education and the environment at the family and community level. The next essay describes a simple solution, available to be applied to the democratic deficit in Canada, with all the scope needed to capture the full spectrum of our present condition, without denying the past and certain to arouse freedom from its mistakes that go on disrupting the following of our national role of peace maker.
I pray for this journey to carry us to partake of the historical designing of Canada, which is yet to settle on the runway of destiny, upon the landmark, away and above the rise of the terror-anti-terror equation, so as to shine the beam of Hope and Faith to which God is leading humanity to and from...
The Canadian national unity policy I propose is to invite the citizens of Canada to define and to develop our identity and the boundaries of our capacity, by getting to know how to get from stranger to family. This faculty of living will be cultivated to grow into the liaison that links self-control and government into the Ministry of Reconciliation.
In the process, there will appear the Canadian Health Trail. This trail will stretch to reach all the way to the cavities of self-destruction with the acquisition of the taste for health and it will travel upon the arousal of the correctional family circuiting, to gradually clarify the focal point where lives the source of blossoms in the Assembling of the one nation.

Each self is born from two people who coupled, some for their lifetime, others for as little as a half an hour, into the physical act of oneness, and who conceived the one human existence that brings each person on earth.
To serve and to protect begins with how well I care and maintain myself and how healthy we each maintain one another in that care.
Each me becomes its own kind of Yes and No until one day, we reach our limit to care and then home falls in contempt. That’s when, with seeking and open heart, that I am made aware of THE GREAT I AM Who gently comes with His drawing conviction, to show me that my version of YES and NO is and will forever be insufficient to serve and to protect myself in the care that He designed me for.
As I accept His lead, He takes me from where my limited capacity to care gets healed by the life of His Word, activating my life in the protection of His Presence and growing in the obedience of the incorruptible life, Whom He is in me.
He serves and He protects so that we may be freed and enabled to serve with love, in the security and liberty of His Sacred attention.
He puts His Laws in our hearts and in our spirits and He Himself raises up each one into the oneness of eternal living. No one needs then, to teach no one, because each one knows Him for him or her self, from the smallest to the greatest of us, who receive Him; by His work, we get to know God as our heavenly Father in His Spirit of adoption. He is the Author and the Perfecter of the one Faith of oneness! “You shall love God with all of your heart, all of your mind, all of your soul and all of your strength and you shall love your neighbour as yourself”. This is not an achievement to strive for. It is the nature of the new life growing in each one who is adopted by Yaweigh. Being an abbott is the joy and strength of responding to God in the intimacy of abba Father!!! His offer is to all humans at all time at all places, of all nationalities and of all races. It is His supreme contract with the human race…His eternal covenant!!!
Abbottsfield is loaded with people and families who say no to treating each other the wrong way and who overall, need to establish the universal approach that facilitates family and community living at its best. This is true everywhere and for everyone, but here, the gap between all of our different backgrounds covers no less than … huuu … the whole planet!!! Quite a challenge!!! The Abbottsfield Faith Community (AFC) already lives on, because it is in the heart that Life Faiths on. AFC is no more no less than the home life in the simple bond of our Father’s care for us. In learning the discipline of the Law of Christ, we get to know how to bring our soul and body to the wholeness of our spiritual being…from life to living… from home to home! Peace and grace to you!

ALBERTA--QUEBEC--CHALLENGE
This is when Federation and Confederation comes to completion from out of competition and confusion. The picture is one of the unfinished pyramid that fills with the Faculty of Living's freedom that grows from history's Brown to the Immediate tense of the Green's composition.
The challenge is to see the provinces of Alberta and of Quebec to side along in a balancing effort of one another's strengths and weaknesses to develop a compatible Sovereignty.
Which strengths and weaknesses? The simple way to put it is to say that Quebec is so strong at loving themselves which leaves much room to strengthen some spine of truth that's missing.
Whereas Alberta is very strong at being truthful and needs the overload of self-love that Quebec has to offer.
According to the Premier of Alberta himself, Mr. Klein in his reactions to the Gomery report, if he would get named in the kind of scandal that involves Quebes politicians, he would have to hide, otherwise, "they would hang me, he said this week, on the day after that the national unity sponsorship scandal report was tabled.
The national unity crisis offers the perfect stage for the Alberta--Quebec--Challenge to emerge in the mutual completion of truth and love. This experience can be captured in the simple presentation of the idea of "The Permanent Celebration of Easter from upon The Land of Emmanuel".
SUBSENSE PUBLISHING and PROMOTION
The name SUBSENSE is composed with the words:
Substance and essence.
It is to promote unity in Canada that Subsense Publishing and Promotion comes into existence. The question we addressed is: How do we host the discipline of life’s sanctity, from the individual personal care to the maturity of mutuality in the family and in the community, within the Canadian context?
The spectrum of our work is focused on verbalizing the answer to the twofold question on the discovery of applicable meaning (essence) and how to cultivate its embodiment to completion (substance), when and where the need arises individually, domestically, culturally or socially.
The service we offer is to develop methods of approach to reach out and/or to train individuals, families and communities to develop healthy lives and conditions, always addressing both simultaneously.
To begin our publishing and promotion service to Canadians, we studied four questions. They are:
1-“What is the essence of a relationship and how do we substantiate its dynamics to go from strangers to family, into the ongoing renewal of a healthy mutuality?”
2-“What is the essence of health, education and environment, and, how do we substantiate personal and communal awareness in the state of maturity and wisdom, free from the confinements of uniformity and of conformity?”
3-“How do we absorb the energies of individuals who are withdrawn in self-destruction and/or violence, in exchange to commune to and with them, in the essence of the inner life that ignites human existence to the substance of complete caring?”
4-“How can the answers to these questions be harnessed, refined and processed as the essence to foster our multi-cultural identity, and to thereby, substantiate unity amongst Canadians, secure in the bond and the growth of our citizenship’s heritage of personal, cultural and social health and wellness…amen?!”
The stages begin with one’s personal Acquisition of the taste for Health. Then, once stabilized into The Faculty of Living, he/she joins amongst the Correctional Family Circuiting until the firm establishment into the Ministry of Reconciliation. Thus is being built the Canadian Health Trail, emerging upon the Land of Emanuel.
“THE QUIETNING SILENCE of the PATIENT WISDOM”
Policy development on Canadian national unity
Canadian national unity has been addressed by Ottawa and the Provinces, as far as our political system can reach institutionally, in order to structure the peaceful co-existence between the Aboriginal, the English and the French people, as well as our hosting the rest of the world. In 2005, we are now more aware that the identity of the Canadian citizenship is yet to grow functional from facilitating access to all the wealth of wisdom and of learning that we are hosting in our changing population. From health to education to the environment to our social services, we need to facilitate the integration of the better ways to live with one another. It is with this heritage in mind that we recognise the dedication, common in the general history of Canadians. To renew our dedication to follow through to the maturity of a people of all people, is how and where the culture of sovereign unity will bring balance to the severe democratic deficit that we suffer from.
The sponsorship scandal reveals that healthy unity among humans doesn’t come from propaganda but rather, from cultivating the simple life-giving experience of communion in the personal bond with family, neighbourhood and community. From such personal culture comes the basic elements and energies to develop the skills of social adaptation, from local to global, from the family to all nations. When health of such a human environment is fostered and recovered when needed, we find ourselves getting equipped individually and collectively to partake and to serve in the expansion of unity among mankind.
The maturing discipline to treat one another with a love that comes from a pure heart, with a good conscience and with a genuine faith is the home of universal brotherhood and therefore, of Canadian unity. Unity of Canadians is the invisible thread that secures Canadian sovereignty in the communion with each and all who welcome and who adapt to the ongoing coming together of mankind. Canadian sovereignty lives where we cultivate the ability to make decisions in complete maturity and how we grow the capacity to implement these decisions with full responsibility and wisdom. Unity and sovereignty are two expressions, completing one another for the wholesomeness of our identity.
Free flowing revelation in the spirit and inspiration of the heart are the elements that form the essence of unity. The Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms is what occupies that official position to guide and stimulate from the top down. The inspiration intended by the Charter must now ignite in the heart of our citizenship from the bottom up. For the sake of igniting such a flame, my family and I are volunteering to contribute from the campaign I ran in Nov 2004(see below) to the SUFA review in March 2005 to the centennial of Western Canada to the visit of the Queen in May and to the up coming federal election. We dedicate ourselves to bring on the healthy discipline of family living. This is a window of opportunity which is awaiting Canadians to gain freedom from the conservative military state with the discipline of the radiant state of the permanent people summit.
In practice, our citizenship needs to accept the challenge to engage Canadian unity by developing and by promoting to one another, the practice of sovereignty, with the commitment to serve at becoming and delivering the solution from the bottom up. We do so by drawing from the inspiration and the application of justice of peace and of joy with the Aboriginal people and with person’s own bloom of maturity from Alberta to the rest of the West, to Ontario, to the Maritimes, so as to invite Quebec into the Constitution with head held high and to stabilize our welcome to immigration.
To address national unity and our democratic deficit, we need to cultivate sovereignty at the family and community level in the training of consensus. We begin by bringing the parents, the teachers and the judges to meet in schools, to cause a point of quietning stillness to calmly emerge in wisdom within the community. The quietning stillness is the communal exercise to set the tone of the assembling. The relatedness that assembles these people becomes the tuning fork to proceed into the atmosphere of trust and comfort to shape decision making in our midst. This familyhood becomes the catalyst to the Canadian Mother and Father International Association. Together, we usher in the Canadian fabric the rise of the personal sector.
On the short term, this personal sector acts as the antidote to the causes of apathy, exclusion and reclusion, by fostering the common denominator that converts the divided and conquered state of our subdued multiculturalism, allowing for the transition from strangers to communal family partaking.
On the medium term, the personal sector is the focal life of inter-personal trust and of community comfort, that becomes the base of renewing communications to Canadian democracy, rising to absorb and to fill the voiding dynamics that make up the basic decision-making of our present system of secretive complicity between private and public national institutions. This void of never ending secrecy, manipulation and deceit is where much of the tax power gets shredded into ongoing excuses and power struggles of unresolvable opinions, amongst the 4 levels of political decision-makers, the Law and the banks.
By dimming the light on with the personal sector, we will arrive to the starting point of the non-threatening site and sight of communion that will gather parents, teachers and judges. Families and neighbours get then to be drawn by the inviting nature of meeting to regenerate and/or to restore the human spirit in love and wisdom, where justice is hosting decision-making of serenity in growing joy.
On the long term, the personal sector becomes the socio-cultural ground to make room to accommodate the non-prosecutional zone. This zone gradually grows with the maturing of communities who become exercised in the translation from the old and distant decision making to the renewing family and community bond.
Canadians need to see arising from personal sector, the shaping of authority and discipline of a round table that will bring and sit together the Mother and Father International Association (MAFIA) the Real Community of Moderate People (RCMP) and the Canadian Blessed Communion(CBC). The aim of this exercise is to ignite with the help of the media, the path of inspiration that will raise our national self-awareness.
We will consolidate the restoring power of justice on the ground, from the underground to the preamble of the Canadian Charter of Human Rights and Freedom. At the moment, that preamble says in English: “Whereas Canada is founded upon principals which recognize the Supremacy of God and the Rule of Law”. In French, instead of “Rule of Law” it says: “The Pre-Eminency of the Right”. When Subsense Publishing and Promotion is done with their purpose, the preamble will read in all concerned languages as opposed to each its own: “Whereas Canada is founded upon principals which recognize the Supremacy of God, the Service of Law balanced with the pre-eminency of the Right, meeting to be fostered in “THE QUIETNING SILENCE of PATIENT WISDOM”.
“The Quietning Silence of Patient Wisdom" is added for justice to heal Canada’s history with the First Nations and amongst us all. From here we invite humanity to join us, Aboriginal, English, French and the rest of the Nations to secure the Assembling of the One Nation, amen!
As an example of how bold Canadians are ready for this policy, consider this: I am from Quebec, living in Alberta and I have a strong French accent. I ran without problems and I was even welcomed in the Nov 2004 election for the provincial Greens, speaking of Canadian unity and sovereignty in Alberta, with the following message:

Beverly-Clareview is learning to know each other with the English language, from a rich contact of Metis-Native-Ukrainian-Dutch, gracefully hosting Canadian multiculturalism for several generations now.
Confident of our heritage, Beverly-Clareview serves Albertans, Canada and the world, with a refreshing addition to inspire our provincial vote, with the nation’s unity at heart and in mind!
As voters of a blessed province, let’s accept the mandate to strengthen and to promote our community governing model. It is growing from the old and the new cultural fabrics of Beverly-Clareview. Let’s move on from here to the Alberta Legislature, to release the mature resource of human energy into our midst and as far as the nation will receive it!

Thank you Bill. You are right. It is to keep going at it with more freedom that I am moving on. I suggest that you send him your idea, along with a formal request to have his office involve in a proposal of something like: His office sends you a tutoring team from the Privy Council, to hone the Green Tax Shift. Once the theory is ready between you and your team, his office and the provincial governments of Alberta and of Quebec move in as the volunteers to participate to implement the changes, through the exercises that will cultivate the life style needed to fulfil the obligations of personal and local self-governing. SUFA is already established as the framework for this proposal to come together as the central, all out general invitation from Canadians to attract Quebecois to reconcile and to freely enter in the completing constitutional movement that will see and celebrate their honours of having stood for what confederation is slowly waking up to and was meant to be all along. I understand that when it comes to shifts of any kind, be it for tax or any other, it has to begin from what will cause individuals to accept the conversion from the lives and institutions of mistrusts, independence and power struggles, and get to learn autonomous sufficiency within mutuality. To that end I explain my approach as follow:
I will begin a simple home video production as soon as possible. I hope to have a website ready and going with its easy viewing as quickly as possible. The title of the first episode is "From domestic oppression to domestic health". It will serve to launch the "assembling of the citizens" in my neighbourhood, from our personal experience, my wife and I, as Canadian citizens. The aim is to cultivate the practical appreciation of each other to the extent that we grow into the discipline to bring on the Permanent People Summit, going from the brown humus of our socio-cultural history to the green life of simple trust and enjoyment of one another.

From this small video production, we will raise the interest among neighbours to have a week end retreat between 12 to 20 couples. The purpose of that weekend is to establish our contact to each other in the bond of the acquisition for the taste for health. That bond of mutual care into “live and learn" to maintain our health is the circuiting part. The discipline involved in apprenticing to live in the mutual subjection of strengthening our health is the correctional part.

France an Germany were 2 of the most prominent countries to do the same. The equation of terror versus anti-terror is in fact of the same entity,. It is made to be confrontational in order to maintain the militarized approach that demands the societal controls to maintain the divisions of colonisation secure. The line drawn by the refusal of Canadians and of the other nations of the G8 sheds the light on terror and anti-terror to show it to be one entity from the same animal side of humanity, and can get defeated by the cultivation of the local alternative.

Greetings Mr. D'Allaire, I am working to promote unity in and amongst Canadians, from a socio-cultural healing approach. The event I would like to promote starts with a 3 day symposium to include yourself, Bono of U2, David Suzuki, Roberta Jemison, Phil Fontaine, Bruce Cockburn, Patrick Watson and a series of personalities who represent justice and mental health in the heart and minds of the private and public. The intent of the symposium is to lay the foundation for the development of the faculty of living. The citizenship of Canadians, our identity, needs a way to clearly define authority, obedience, discipline and mutuality, in the way that will cause a wake up call to all the Louis Riel and Romeo D'Allaire who don't know how to get away from living under the rule of ignorance, their own as well as society's. Many are in jail or live sub-human conditions, in the underground cavities. They did not make it out of it the way you did. Praise God for your recovery. That recovery is at the heart of a sequence of cultural, social and political events which are converging to lay down the tracks of restorative justice and community mental health. This will provide Canadians with a national opportunity to free ourselves from the agitations of the terror-anti-terror crisis. Part of that sequence calls for citizens to get positioned for the next federal election to go from competing to completing and from the never ending political power struggle to the voter's power handle and straight for community self-governing. Letter to Green party leader of Canada
Hi Jim, I need help to give birth and to raise the national Green cavalry.! You and I met in Edmonton at a Chinese food restaurant in Nov 2004. You wrote down a sound bite of mine. "To go from competing to completing", was the quote. As you might remember, I have a strong Quebec French accent. I ran provincially as an Albertan originally from Quebec, grafting to the Greens my initiative of Canadian unity. This initiative is to create a focal point, located on the front line, where the unfolding of the most difficult part of our national social policy is happening. Abbottsfield is a tiny area of Edmonton considered by police to be the ghetto of Alberta. Because aboriginal people come here to learn urban life, out of the reserve for the first time, we are in an ideal situation to develop a microcosm of socio-cultural healing project of national scope. Rooted in the 10 key values, we can positioned ourselves to absorb the non-sense of the past and its consequences, and shape on a fresh start within the currency of Canadian history. You and Phil Fontaine can launch from here, a renewal movement of Canadian citizenship, on time for the next federal election. I need the blessing and co-op of the party for that to happen. The natural junction to be used is between us is this Canadian unity initiative and the "Citizens Assembly" concept. Health, education and environment are the drawing force for people to be gained to support and to participate into a ground breaking community exercise of "Assembling the citizens". In Feb 2002, I wrote them as an individual who does work for the last 30 years, in social circumstances where the bureaucracy and the system itself is locked out from, except for the individuals who know how to live on the two sides at once without being noticed or as a career in security. Undercover cops are faced with this controlled corruption all the time. As a voter and a citizen who has my social work experience, I can't help but to conclude that this is what is meant by the "political class". To come face to face with this reality, is the nightmare of any genuine public servant. The latest one I can think of, to help you see what I mean is Sheila Fraiser. Her nightmare was not what brought on the sponsorship scandal, but the iceberg she became aware of, which is below the scandal. Do we have the intestinal fortitude in the name of human unity to take on the brown humus of our history and to process it into green living? There is also a letter that I want to send to the president of the Treasury Board of Canada in regards to this national unity initiative, SUFA and Quebec. To personally experience unity, is to know the life and the way to adapt with the wind, and water, above and across borders. Borders, good or bad, healthy or not, are a personal and family matter first. Instead of being left in the wild, these natural borders must be treated like organic bedding pots, where each local growth needs the transformation with the bonding of Earth's human garden of families.
In recognition of such context, these borders are centres for the production and renewal of inner energy, serving the Earth's social fabric, like what the healthy breathing does to our whole being. That is a personal discipline into the collective delight of unity in diversity.
The idea of raising a focal point to model how beautiful life can and should be is not something new. It is the motive for the rise and fall of every empire and dynasty through out history.
From Mesopotamia to Britain and which ever other one that has been and is yet to come, all mean to gain power so that it can be better handled; that is, until they reach the limits of people's willingness and their capacity to absorb and to compensate for what gets forgotten, neglected and abused along the way; and then comes another wave of discontent to arouse another movement of populations. Enough of that old way!
In the late 18th century, European, conquering Monarchs, at war against each other, joined into a race of nation building, amongst themselves. At stake was, who would gain the title of the best place to live on Earth between a melting pot of humans, versus a mosaic hosting all differences of people, without exclusion based on gender, race nor creed, colonized to depend on each other?
One was to be constructed to host humans from everywhere into a uniforming version of freedom and of unity, the U S, and the other one, Canada, was to find unity by hosting the diversity of all the Earth's population. United States and Canada became a socio-cultural experiment of the most dominant monarchy, England, and of the falling European royalty of France since the 18th century, to test and to find out how far can the utopia of freedom and of self-government move the boundaries of old fashioned justifications to enforce the controls of military intelligence empowerment.
On the south side of this world's longest unprotected border, history of the nation became peace by peer pressured versions of patriotism, and controls enforced by the Rule of Law.
On the north side of the border it became peace from discovering the passage from colonized strangers to family with the culture of justice in tolerance, acceptance and mutual understanding, under the wisdom of the British Crown.
Now, in 2005, the dream of United States has grown so big and reached so far, that they have monopolized in the psyche of the world’s population, the exclusive use of the term American for the citizens who are born and who live within the borders of United States. America goes from Artica to Antarctica. I wrote and read the following to a special provincial government communte, sent to find inputs from the public, for justice reforms in the late 90's.
ADDRESS TO THE ALBERTA JUSTICE SUMMIT
I come before you tonight from a background of 28 years of living among what the present justice system describes as the underground world. After a deep spiritual awakening at 16 years old, I spent 24 of those 28 years tending numerous individuals who had erred on the wrong side of life itself and as a gradual result, on the wrong side of the Law; by tending the causes that brought them on the wrong side of life, many have entered a healing journey that brings them in line with justice. one important observation I wish to bring to your attention from my past experience in relation to the justice system is that the perception leading Louis Riel and his comrades to rise up against the established justice of his time is very much alive today. The same frustration from injustice that led them is now brewing in a much larger number and it is much broader in its cross cultural reach. Today's method to vent such frustration is the underground economy. It is a good indicator of how real and powerful this Louis Riel type of attitude is. To consider the Louis Riel movement as a bunch of outlaws without giving due consideration to their cry for justice, until it was too late to talk, was the authority's mistake: we can't afford to repeat it. Louis was hung to die back then and he is now a father of the confederation. During my 24 years I've had the opportunity to deal with people from near the top of society all the way down, below the bottom, far beyond the threshold of sanity. Equipped with a grade 10 to sail such uncharted waters I have grown very thirsty for a time of collective, sober reflection and I'm starving to see from such reflection the blueprint of a plan to build a model to demonstrate what a universal, healthy, just and peaceful community looks like. The Alberta government is launching the courageous attempt to raise the issue of justice. Sometime between now and the summit, I hope that the members of the committee will come to see that the task at hand will not be achieved simply by fixing or by improving the legal system, but that what is also crucial is to heal the sense of justice. Because of the amount of discontentment, the short term approach requires to look at the system within the present conditions. The medium term requires a commission to research a process to channel that modern Louis Riel phenomenon. This would involve a brain-storming process among the interested parties. This process would involve the creation of a non prosecutional zone. Such an endeavour would provide the "Louis Riels" to come and negotiate their translation from out of the underground into the daylight. This translation involves the chartering of the responsibilities and obligations to counterbalance the rights and freedoms. The ones in the underground who would be against such a proposal do not have any "Louis Riel" in them. They are very few: very few but very powerful and their reign of terror and enslavement is far, wide and deeply reaching. Alberta is young and determined but we are a child of a bigger family and our sense of justice and the structure we have for it is intertwined in the bigger picture. Therefore, the medium term approach, although done and sponsored in Alberta, must conduct its research with the national scope in mind. As a result of the commission's findings the interested parties will then be in a position to draw the blueprint I spoke of, providing the long term insight and direction needed to cleanse the system from the lies and their consequences in the history of our province and nation. The charter of rights and freedoms opens up with two lines that say: "Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of the Law". So far, since Mr. Trudeau brought to Canada the basis for our national justice, we have been so busy with the rule of the Law, that we left the preceding statement on the walls of our nation as a sort of an ornament collecting dust. As a result, we have entangled ourselves in red tape just to make sure that we really are free. The origins of our judicial problems are historically rooted in a chemistry of agreeing to disagree and of mostly procrastinating the science of agreeing to a further date. Not knowing how to agree is the main cause for the Canadian society's ills from the family to the community, from the community to the province and from the province to the nation. Rights without responsibilities and freedoms without obligations is keeping us going in a downward spiral. The medium and long term approach I'm suggesting could go a long way to heal such a constitutionally challenged state of affairs. This is why the key to my suggestion is to develop the practical applications of "the principles that recognize the supremacy of God". Based on our national history, it is clear that without His justifying process, there is no justice. Let's first discover justice from Him and learn to grow in our co-working with Him. Who knows? We might just be silenced by His glorious presence long enough to finally learn to agree. To society, justice is a destination to be reached. To the individual, justice is a gift to be nurtured and cultivated. To government, justice is an expression of the authority that ensures the balance between the individual's growth and society's journey.
FROM BROWN to GREEN
From Brown to Green
We now need to think microscopically, at the level of molecules. I am a human who is one brown set of molecules. I am part of the dirt of humanity.
I am corruptible, therefore I am BROWN. One day, in my natural dark journey of decomposing from age and corruptibility, I get to be seized by something that takes my corruptible, BROWN humus nature and brings the set of molecules that I am made of to combust; the inner connection of the roots into the unit of molecules ignites "what" I am into "who" I am. The Vine of Eternal Life's Currency has now reached me with its deep root and I am now aware of being aware. From the BROWN unaware nature of corruptibility, I am now in the GREEN of spiritual infancy.
Now from one such example at the molecule level, let's go from here, you and I, and lets take the ride with the sap. Here we go, travelling from the BROWN of dark, isolated sets of molecules of recent past, and now, from the light of renewed Green taking us
from underground to the sunlight, we begin to see the grapes production that we are grown from and that goes on growing from each into the Us of our completion.
Once GREEN, all colors become part of the eternal, renewing
nature we are of now and into, forever.
And so, from Brown to Green is how can be viewed the history of Canada, so far.

2005 is the year when I turn one hundred years old! One century spent to define the life within brand new borders, where borders had never existed before, but where nations had flourished for thousands of years, and in 1905 the time had arrived for the Empire to stretch to the west in hope for improvement. When I was named as a Canadian province, John Campbell wrote to his wife: "In token of the love which thou has shown for this wide land of freedom, I have named a province vast and for its beauty famed by thy dear name. " Thus was I introduced to the nations, with a name of the 4th daughter of Queen Victoria Alberta is my name, t'was inspired with honour from a man's love for his wife, known to be strong, artistic with exquisite taste! That couple was forward-looking people, concerned for the less fortunate. The name they gave me placed me well to avoid the Eastern mistakes of the Empire. I've now been led past the threshold, at the top of the material world. Not long before my centennial, the Empire was dragged into terror. And so if I am to celebrate It must be from a wise vision of humility and of service for mankind. There's just no time to pretend that all is well the way it is. Let the ones who are and who will be me into Life's sacred fire, the invisible gold rush.. thus, entering the celebration that never ends, the celebration in the Spirit of Life, Oh nobly bright and illustrious. CALL to CANADA Could we reach the agreement that it's the whole world who is in need to see a place like Canada to show that free will can be a good thing. In 1945 we were invited to join a deal. Most of the nations had great hope to bring peace among humans. After fifty some years, great challenges are facing us. The deal has not provided what we forgot to look after. We just cannot go on, building wealth for me, myself and I, while our loving for each other remains hidden behind divisions. We've got to grow from that bottom line that has been in use and bring about that sense of belonging, bonded beyond the business fences. Maybe we haven't understood that prosperity only comes to us from who we are together and not from what we do to each other. We have all it takes to become heaven on earth; we have been blessed with wealth, now let's lead wealth to prosperity. The Tiger's Offspring
There once was a mighty tiger who was getting by in its natural environment. This ferocious creature had come a long way in learning to bring balance to its great many appetites. Then came an infestation from far away, carried by great winds of greed and a great sense of superiority over the tiger because of its ability to appear helpful and non-threatening. The tiger did not realize until much damage was done, that this helpful, non-threatening visit was in fact an invasion of its territory and vitality. This infestation was indeed driven by some of the worst appetites that the tiger was struggling to contain within itself. The life of that tiger spans over a long period of time and they, who are the tiger, have learned to use time in its favor. The tiger has a good long memory. So, with its ancient hunting know-how, the tiger set out to contain the infestation, to study it and its source, and to design a long-term strategy to turn the infestation on itself and its originators. The infestation of its territory and vitality have nearly been looked after by now. Many offsprings later, the tiger is now ready to return the favor to the infesting, arrogant breed that dared taking advantage of its territory and resources. With subtlety and hungry determination, the tiger is now roaming the streets of its foes' territory, gaining ground in the dark areas of economic activities until the time comes for the kill. Will the prey remain cocooned, feeling so blindly superior until it can't get away from the tigers revenge, or will the prey realize that they brought this on themselves and make amends with the tiger in everyone's best interests? ALBERTA'S 4TH KLONDIKE
It is human nature to have and to maintain distance between us. When mishandled, that distance causes discomfort. It then rapidly becomes defences that hit against defences, activating fear and anger that feed misunderstandings. Once violence erupts, it causes a chain-reaction that can eventually bring us, as we are now, in the ready state of human terror and horror. The horizon of humanity is in the healing journey and the present world crisis gives Alberta an opportunity for our 4th Klondike! This is the invisible gold rush, the one to make sense of the first 3 Alberta Klondikes of golden, green and black gold, in light of the global clashing climate! Because of the energy resources in our economy, we, Albertans are given a special position to lead Canadians to strengthen our place in the western world. We are needed to provide the starting point for the healing trail that the entire world populations are in need to witness and to participate in! By launching the updating and the healing of Canadian democracy from within the context of a sovereign Albertan-Quebecois challenge, energies can be channelled to raise the bridge of our unity, from the Covenant designed to heal us from the stress that feeds and leads on the crisis of human terror. Albertans are aware of the need and are now requested to move where from we host the faculty of living! In doing so, along with Canadians from coast to coast to coast, we can, provide a safety valve to the human race, in the US transfer of energy supply from Saudi to Wood-Buffalo. George W. Bush has had to win some personal battles in the inner man’s war, in order to be made ready for President. Let us please, dear Canadians, bring on our unity to rise up to rescue Mr. George Bush, his followers and the US Presidency. Let’s be the alternative to set them free from the blind agitation of military intelligence! Let us reach the victory of maturity, to take our place as the offering from a people of God, so that we overcome the historical temptation of worldly Christian might. ”Mr. Bush, you now stand on the threshold of the crossroad, where in the one direction, you will go on helping America and the market economy to fuel the fire of mortal appetites in the bush of the great prostitute, or, in the other direction, you can stand before God until He ignites you into His Presence by His Word and brings you to experience the New Covenant’s burning bush. There, His Spirit enables His children to know Him, His will and His instructions for any questions we might have. By such stand of His people, Yahweigh (or any name by which you relate to Life-Force) gets to demonstrate His victory lane! Americans and the entire world population need to follow the lead driven by the powerful Spirit of love and of wisdom, to show us how to overcome evil from the inner justice He gives, with the peace He grows from within each one and by His joy to strengthen us in our journey. The alpha and omega of decision making reside there. No human can love his enemy, bless those who curse them, to do good to those who hate them nor to pray for those who mistreat and persecute them, except for the individuals who live by the life you claim to live by, and for that, the Lord of Life of Justice and of Peace does not need our weapons, but rather, our obedience. The image you try to project to the world from the start of your Presidency, Mr. Bush, is one opportunity granted like never before by the Creator to you and to the entire Christianity on Earth, to bow to the Spirit of all prophecies…the testimony of Jesus-Christ amongst His creation!!! May God give the man you are, to grow into the janitor He and we need, to clean up the vision of America’s Presidency, in view of the global freedom of individual liberty…amen!
ALLIANCE of COMMUNITY RESTORATIVE JUSTICE WITH MENTAL HEALTH
The rest are to provide an idea on how I try to angle the opportunity to contribute to Canadian unity from community mental health In the context of a program reported in the Examiner(weekly paper) that brings community mental health care workers to help the police to intervene directly on the scene where mental health approach might work better. Most of these cases relate to domestic calls to 9, 1, 1. We, as a family have needed such a service, but it was not yet available. So we had to learn on our own, and we made it through so far. I spent the last 30 years learning to reach out, on the front line of bringing individuals within the framework of the combined service of mental health-restorative justice, yet to be approved by SUFA and the Treasury Board of Canada. So when I read about the agency and the police working together, I decided to pursue the idea of a 24 hours a day center, open to serve at hosting the correctional family circuiting, in order to complete the effort made by the system to guide service away from systematic controls in the community. The first letter you are about to read is one that I sent to the receptionist of the program. Protocols have such control that no matter how much she, the policeman and everyone else I talked to on the same topic, it always end up where we can only shrug together in frustration. No matter how obvious the needs and solutions are, we all find ourselves incapacitated to develop plans and ideas that can be agreed upon at first glance. Go figure, as it is said in English???
Greeting (receptionist), Authority is the word that you used to describe the restriction upon us, by the system, in order that we may or may not further our dealings with each other toward substantiating the idea of a 24 hours a day centre that would complement the work done by your agency in and with the community. Coincidently, the word authority is why and what I work from to guide people to how and where they acquire the taste for their own health. The method I use is to interact until I find the position to grasp one's degree of awareness to the drawing force of Life. From that point, I can start to contribute to the search. As one seeks, he or she gets to be drawn to open up, so as to gradually be released. As one finds the One, guidance comes to bring tuning at the core of the personal realm of authority(self). That is the point at which one's life's regeneration begins and such spiritual-organic culture brings on gradual social healing. Interestingly, that "Authority" has yet to be welcome by the authorities, who work for the most part, in the conflicted space, bumping on each other's faculty's own sphere of "operational definitions". Healing the meaning is urgently called for in order to consolidate the genuine focus of intelligence’s real authority! Dear Minister Mar(Minister of health in Alberta) and team, It is important, for personal legal reasons, that I fill you in on the Canadian unity project that I and my family are promoting. It is to be launched to reach out first to the population involved in the underground living, with the acquisition of the taste for health. I am sending you a list of the doors I have knocked on and the steps I have taken toward these doors, in order to join the good fight to extend good government in areas of society where government and enemy are synonymous. As you will see, my journey covers from mental heath hygiene all the way to the Supreme Court. In doing so, I'm trying to gather up the steam to insure a proper take-off, all the way from underground to the healthy and educated environment. The one practical step facing me now, is an open door to make a presentation to the... Of course, a new approach also means that we have yet to secure financial support. Hi North Edmonton C.H.C.(Capital Health Council) I am writing to you about prevention. I live in the area called Abbottsfield for the last 6.5 years. I have 30 years experience working to reach out to hard core addicts on hard drugs. I have done so naturally as a result of having been reached out myself at the age of 16 years old. The concern I have is that in the system, the service to addicts and mental health sufferers is made available mostly by waiting until they come to us, after they reach the end of themselves one way or the other. Society begins then to be faced with the actual cost of having that person in our midst, but until that point, there is no telling how costly was the damage incurred to that person and to society along the way. I've grown the ability to inspire them most hard core abusers that I've come across, to acquire a taste for health step by step until one reaches the point when and where he or she says "it is good to care for myself finally, and I will now grow day by day in caring for myself, as good as each day brings my way." Ultimately, the answer is that the war on drugs makes it impossible to reach pretty well any addict from within the system until the break down into despair or worst settles in the "patient". As long as the system goes on insisting on abstinence as a condition for involvement with a patient, the gap will remain. There is a possible approach making itself available now, by the loosening of the Law on cannabis. The right approach could be establish to make contact in trust between the underground population and the authorities. My awareness of the need on the street has had me continue to use cannabis so as to make contact with the more needy, and to keep in touch until one's life begin to move in the right direction. I offer you my experience in developing a health trail so as to work with the Health Authorities to implement prevention on the front line of the underground activities.
