An angel without wings

I haven't been on hootoo in a while because of a lot of RL commitments, I probably won't be on for another week at least.

But I just felt, as I had a spare five minutes, that I had to post this journal entry.

My best friend is moving away tomorrow to live in a flat with her boyfriend and start a whole new life; I have cried an awful lot over this as she is the only person in my home town who understands me and who I can talk to.

She's been there for me for years now and we've been through a helluva lot together from dating (each other and other people) to Star Wars and I don't remember even having one argument with her.

I know that I will miss her so very much and that I'll probably cry some more over her leaving (hell I'm crying now) but I just want her to know that I wish her all the happiness that life could ever bring and all the luck in the world with her new flat, new job and new life.

Today is my 18th birthday and, even though I've been into college for the last 4 hours wearing a big novelty badge that says 'I AM 18 TODAY' (which my mum forced on my ), nobody at college bar one person has wished me a happy birthday.

I have missed hootoo, I have missed everyone on hootoo, I have missed the nonsense the seriousness the issues the RPGs the friendships the amniocities, everything.

Mostly I have missed *my* friends.....

Needing a hug

I am involved in a very important production on my Performing Arts course at the moment; it is a TIE (Theatre in Education) production to be performed to Secondary school children. I am also getting ready to grade to orange belt in karate and am getting ready for a karate competition where I am entering with Kata's.

As if that wasn't enough (as it is all happening in the same week) I found out a couple of days ago that on the opening day of No Pasaran (the show I am in) my mum goes into hospital for a hysterectomy.
I know this is quite a routine op but there has been complications and it will be dangerous

I just need a hug, please

Right....this is how my first couple of hours back at college went...

[Tutor] The first project this term will be Greek theatre, we will be splitting into 2 groups, one doing a Greek tragedy and the other a comedy. This will be performed three weeks from now

[Class] WHAT?!?!

[Tutor] Tomorrow you must find your own audition pieces and prepare them with background and research, Wednesday you will be having Voice tution, Thursday you will be auditioning and Friday we will give you the parts. The next three weeks will then be intense rehearsal before the performance which must be at a professional standard

[Class] AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Therefore, as such I will not be on hootoo very much for the next three weeks or so until after the performance. There will be at least 2 days a week however, when I will be able to sort out my blog to a certain extent.


Scandrea, hun, can you control Syian for me?
Lil, can you bully Tetsu around?
And can Rob, himura, Liquid, lil and Jack control Sota?
