"There is nothing and no-one on this earth worth living for...but then, equally, there is nothing and no-one worth dying for either." "You know, I used to think it was awful that life was so unfair. Then I thought, wouldn't it be much worse if life were fair, and all the terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve them? So, now I take great comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the universe."

I curse the day I first saw you
Like a rose that is born to bloom
Don't look at me the way you do
Like the roses, they fear the gloom
Your thorns, they kissed my blood
Your beauty heals, your beauty kills
And who would know better than I do?

I am a KEEPER! woo-hoo!
I have now, although not this minute, it was a few hours before I typed this and i dont know how long it will have been since I typed this when you read it, so i guess that it would be more accurate to say that I was, at some point in the past, made Keeper of doing what every one does, except for the people who dont do it, as not every one does it, and if they did it would be quite aggravating as to do it constantly means the you go on and on and so doing it like this can eventually lead to people getting quite angry, but you dont realise, because you too busy doing it, and eventually someone will get too fed up with you doing it and will shout, probably down your ear, that you should, in their oppinion, JUST GET TO THE ing POINT!

I use Goo and have done since the first few weeks of me being a member of the site. I tried Alabaster and Brunel, but because of my dyslexia I find them excessively difficult to read, Goo is much easier for me and yes I have a similar problem on most other websites too.
Well the BBC have made it clear in the past that they don't really care for any of the skins other than Brunel and ditto for the people who use them. However they've always made smilies and such available in all skins. However this latest batch are not visible in goo and as some people use them instead of words it can make reading some posts a bit like reading a book with half the words missing.
I wish people would engage their brain before opening their mouth. Mar 11, 2009
A doctor, a Scottish doctor, has called for a tax, like that on alcohol and tobacco, to be laid on chocolate. Apparently eating chocolate makes you fat, I always thought it was eating too much and not moving around enough that could make you fat.
I think this doctor is being a bit of a sissy really, we shouldn't just add excise to chocolate, we should add it to softdrinks, hamburgers, hotdogs, cinema popcorn, crisps [chips fot those of you who are foreign], biscuits, cheese, butter [or, indeed, any spread with more than 4% fat], sausages, pies, etc.
Also I think we're forgetting the not moving around enough aspect. Everyone with a chair should be made to pay a 'sitting on your @r$€' tax and people should be forced to wear a pedometer and if you haven't done enough steps you should be taxed.
As an added incentive we should also just tax fat people as they are wearing out the pavements and using up the NHS. Oh and we could maybe make them wear signs round their necks which say things like "I'm lazy and I eat too much!" or "I used to be able to fit through doors."
It's a new musical extravaganza Mar 8, 2009
Viami Mice Main Theme - This was written as a theme tune to a short comic, script and short story I wrote about two crime fighting police mice with a very 80's theme and the music reflects that.

Goddamn but I'm out of shape. Mar 2, 2009
Once, not that long ago, i.e. when I lived in Brum, I'd have been able to do 50 push-ups and 50 pull-ups without taking a break. I just managed 15 push-ups and it nearly killed me; after just 2 pull-ups it felt like my left arm was going to burst and the main vein looked about the size of high tension steel cabling...
Methinks I need to start doing exercise-ey thing again, and maybe work on my upper body strength.
Yikes, that wouldn't have been quite as funny if it had been one-click buying... Jan 30, 2009
I've just been looking at rice cookers and the nice Sanyo one which will cook rice for sushi, porridge, pudding and a normal meal costs £85. I was so shocked i clicked on the add to shopping basket button. If I hadn't noticed the rather high total when I went to pay for the other stuff I'd bought I would now be the owner of both a very nice rice cooker and a not so nice letter from my bank manager.
