So Long, and thanks for all the fish
I really enjoyed my time on here, but now realise that there are better things to do in life. I have met some interesting people, read some interesting things, and been stimulated to think more than I even dreamt possible.
But it is now time to move on.
May everyone who reads this (and I don't want to mix TV series, but I think it's an apt phrase, nevertheless): Live Long and Prosper.
And the last word really belongs to the late, great Douglas Adams, who observed that the last person who said that it would be a really good idea for people to be nice to each other..... well, the people of Earth nailed him to a tree.
