Is it just me, or does every home secretary the PM appoints make an even worse job of things than the previous one? huh

I'm sure there's a conversation on Ask h2g2 asking whether the people who choose the photos to illustrate articles on the BBC News site deliberately choose unflattering pictures - or something like that. Anyway, I can't find that particular conversation at the moment, but I really wanted to share this picture of FIA president Max Mosley:
