Free useless fact: Yeast and the number 42

I just learned that, at least in Germany, fresh yeast is sold in cubes of 42g. This stems from times when you you bought yeast at the bakery and not pre-packed in the supermarket; it was delivered in packs of 500g which were cut in three bars, then the bars were cut into four pieces. Which makes twelve cubes of 41.66g.
