Considering the situation, our opening night went fairly well. Everyone acted their parts very well, though our audience was a bit on the small side (and comprised mainly of teenagers who, of course, didn't notice many of the jokes). Still, we got a few great laughs out of the crowd, and it looks like Harvey should be an okay production tomorrow, as well.
And great job to Titania.

  | | Had a lovely artistic afternoon wandering round the Tate Britain gallery for a couple of hours. Interesting to see how british painting has developed over the years. There is an exhibition starting next week that might be of interest to some of the artistic types over on the left side of the water - American Landscapes. I didn't think there was much of a landscape tradition in the US but I might well go down and be pleasantly suprised by the pictures. Then went for a walk in the afternoon sunshine up to the houses of parliment. That building positively glows in the late afternoon sunshine. Shame I didn't have a camera with me.
