Oh! Thats what you meant. Um - From the amount of television coverage, I think that it must be an option on homeowners insurance. Perhaps you have to pay an extra hundred dollars a year or so, but then, judging by the way the police drive, I would steer well clear of it myself, and go and have a nice cup of tea.
