Subject: The real reason you tip??

Having worked in hospitality on and off I can say one of the so far ignored reason many customers feel obliged to tip in any restaurant. If its a nice place it's quite possible you are going to return. If you're a lousy tipper, best case scenario your food's going to take twice as long to reach you then it should. Worse case... well we've all heard some of the horror stories about what can go on in kitchens. Rest assured, everything you've heard does happen. Thus tiipping is a bribe to ensure next time things go well.
