The people who distribute newspapers to shops. Vinters Doctors Nurses The people who replace toilet paper in office blocks. Website editors Hitmen. We always knocked on everydoor the day of the last delevery before Christmas (even if they had already tipped us) to wish them a merry Christmas and to advise them of the date of the next delivery. Some of the customers then rushed to get their tip money. Those where the days of my biggest Christmas bonuses percentage wise. I took the equivalent of two and a half months salary one year. My friends and I found that a card through the door in the couple of weeks leading up to Christmas would usually lead to tips from practically everyone on your route. Most years I could expect to make £60 or more from a 40 house route.
