I think it is for e-motion(earth motion) and r-motion(rounding motion). Earth motion is controlled by(sollar system) Sun and Moon and rounding motion is controlled by another planet of the another universe(another sollar system). And the central planet for simplicity sun is straight down to the Central planet of the another planet and controlling planets and sub planets are according to various angel and distance.
