Posted Mar 8, 2006 by Deep Doo Doo   Posting 1 I'm in the process of putting together my first guide entry. I've had some fantastic help so far, but I'm a bit stumped on one point. This is a reply to this Posting   Posting 2 I was under the impression that it was originally a word, not an abbreviation for anything -- which is why some websites have the others all in caps, but have Tyro and not TYRO. You wait till I tell them at the Land Rover club - they've been running a competition for years in the club mag regarding its meaning. I shall adjust my entry. Just as a matter of interest though, since I posed the question, if my original scenario were true, how should it be dealt with?
