Think I put the silver car thing in the wrong place, but at least you're all now aware... OK, so the place I most want to live? Gran Canaria... somehow the best European hub of everything without any of the national boundaries. In the middle of everything, but a million miles away from all the bad stuff elsewhere. Heat, sun, some gorgeous inland villages, forests, mountains, volcanoes... beaches, have I mentioned beaches? La Isla Bonita indeed, and also airwise pretty close to everywhere, should you wish to leave for a couple of days, but don't worry, you'll come back. Oh, and apparently there IS a ski slope now!
