First things first Take a little time to look around, This is a good starter page A28749630 . Maybe read <FrontPage>. Or have a look at <ThePost> hootoo's very own newspaper. There is also the <UnderGuide>. These are all things you can get involved in, just make sure to read the <Writing-Guidelines> Before you rush off make sure to read the <HouseRules>. Why not tell everyone here a little bit about yourself by writing an introduction. I'd say it's all ready to go. You've got all the important stuff in there; the EG, the UG, the Post, and you've been kind and welcoming. Ticks all my boxes!. I just thought I'd check and see if things work in Barlesque, but it turns out nothing works in **** Barlesque. Not even writing out links longhand. The < ./> thing doesn't work either. It converts them into GuideML, even though you want to write in plain text. It's maddening. Anyway. I would recommend putting in a sentence recommending that they switch back to the old h2g2. Mine currently reads: "For now I recommend you switch back to the old skin by going to www .bbc.co.uk /dna/h2g2. I'm afriad you'll have to type that web address (minus the spaces) as links aren't working in the new skin at the moment."
