Where have they been all this time?

You've got to respect their longevity mind, haven't you? They've been going for eight years now.

At a similar stage of their career the Beatles were recording the White Album. The similarities are mind-blowing! weird

Similarities...

Well, there are four of them. And... and... that's about it really.

I really can't believe that anyone thinks the same sort of empty-headed bubblegum pop we enter every year is going to stand a chance, especially after Lordi significantly raised the bar on what makes a Eurovision entry.

Still at least it's not that horrible 40something-going-on-15 bloke surrounded by schoolgirls like we had last year. *shudder*

Oh God Daz. Daz Sampson. <shudder>

I reckon Cliff's got at least one other Eurovision stormer in him. To think he didn't win, twice!

It is...I think if he did something a little left-of-centre (about the occult, say) then it could blow the competition apart.

biggrin Well I haven't bought any Eurovision Winners' albums either...apart from 'Arrival' and 'Are You Ready?' But then, Nicole never did an album.

Cliff did get close to the occult, with 'Devil Woman'. yikes

Oh Frell! I forgot about my Abba collection! blush

Even better though is a band called 'Black Sabbath Tribute' who have done Abba's Greatest Hits mixing well known 'heavy metal' riffs with Abba songs geek

"They've been going for eight years now."

Except that they split up in 2000 and have only just reformed. It's probably fair to say that their reformation was not as eagerly awaited as that of The Police, Take That or even McAlmont & Butler. whistle
