"Emma Chisett" - Surely this is Australian Rhyming Slang, rather than Cockney. My understanding is that it stems directly from uttering the phrase in a broad Oz accent.

I heard this one more than 20 years on TV. A british author was in an aussie book store signing copies of her latest book and a wond came up to her and said "Emma Chissit" So the author wrote "To Emma Chissit from ..."
The woman said "Don't b100dy write in it! I wanna know the price?"

Sorry I seemed to invent a new word there! It should have read...
