You mentioned Intercours and Paridise. Don't forget that in the same area is Bird in Hand and Blue Ball. Just thought I'd add that.

Ah yes! There is also Virginville about 40 miles away from Blue Balls. I spent some very early years in Altoona, and remember a town not too far off called 'Port Matilda'. Given that there was no waterway there, I was always curious about its name.
