| | Hi Welcome to the site.
"If someone begs to get an image/graphic uploaded is there any posibility of being obliged?"
It is very unlikely but possible. However only if it is a suitable graphic and the Editors feel that it would add something to an Edited Guide Entry or Post Article. If you just want to have some random pictures on the site, probably not.
"How are articles chosen to have a graphic added and who chooses?"
Any articles with graphics that you see have most likely been through PeerReview and have been selected for the Edited Guide. These must follow the EditedGuide-Guidelines. Also, even if an entry passes Peer Review and is picked for the Edited Guide, there is no guarantee it will receive a picture. The Editors choose which entries get pictures, the Community Artists draw them, and only 1 new article a day (out of 3) gets a picture.
"I see many pages with multiple headder bars, how is this done?"
That depends what exactly you mean by "multiple header bars" and which skin you're using (change your skin by accessing Preferences). In Classic Goo, starting the entry with a
will make the title and header look like "multipe header bars". To use more than one header in an entry, just type in the first header, write a paragraph, then enter another header, etc.
Hope that was of some help...

 | | You have to use GuideML to get that. When writing an entry, there should be an option down the bottom where you can choose either "Plain Text" or "GuideML". GuideML is a mark-up language similar to HTML and with it you can do lots of cool things. There is information about it here: A187229
To get two "header bars", begin your entry by writing:
Title of second header bar
The first "header bar" will be the title of the entry. You can see the GuideML I used to write mine: test2803970
Hope that helps
