Folks, the nice thing about having shazz for my editor is that she usually knows what I mean even when I don't. I forgot to mention that Ben made me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to eat on the train to Leeds. Since I felt bad, she decided I needed something American to eat. A PBJ is certainly American, not to mention quite tasty. It wasn't as creamy and the oil was separating and it was a bit rancid-tasting. You need to eat the good old homogenized American kind. I bought a jar of a new "healthy" peanut butter last week. I'll have to use it for baking cookies or something. It tastes pretty bad.
