Most of the pictures in the library are there because they originally illustrated an Edited Guide Entry. There don't appear to be any EG entries about Otters so one way forward would be to write one and submit it to Peer Review. You do that by clicking here: UserEdit, and typing in either plain text, or guideml. Then you submit it to PeerReview using the "Submit for review" button on the entry.
