He is still here! Just (thankfully) a little quieter. Great satisfaction at publication of 'Cement'! At last the world - well, this bit of it, anyway - is enlightened, and burning with thirst for even more knowledge of this wierd material. And more stuff wot I rote reached that great finishing line in the sky, that apotheosis that all entries aspire to, that final acceptance, the Front Page! BOF Inn proliferates! Zillions of rooms now for your entertainment and delight! No, thats a bit excessive, toleration and the occasional wry smile would better describe. Am constantly amazed at the niceness of people here. If you are new, see if you can find just a few of the many good people I have bumped into in recent weeks: Mari-rae, Gnomon, Kaeori, Duncan Jones, Asteroid Lil, Wandrin Star, Munchkin, johnwfulton13, Trillians Child, Wumbeevil, Nikki-D, Fragilis... among many others and get involved in their conversations, and those of their friends, and their friends' friends. Go on, you know you deserve it. At least they will talk to you, which is more than I will. For now, anyway. Here (above) and in all of your other Guide entries. For those of us unable to find gainful employment this supply is welcome. I just now posted an enthusaistic response to your 'Gentle Art of Screwing' piece but it seems to be stuck at the bottom of the article and not appearing with other current conversations on your homepage. You will be delighted to know I stumbled upon the 'screwing' article posted/bookmarked on someone else's page. Since I am trying to read all your entries in chronological order (any logic or order is helpful) I might not have seen 'screwing' for some time. I visited the 'natural cement' site and found it interesting but was at a loss to determine your relationship to this seemingly large and diverse company. You have said you will be independently employed so I now assume you will be a stockist for this and possibly other cement/concrete products and also I assume an installation contractor of some sort. I wish you well, and remind you that 'independence' is worth a few setbacks. Hopefully you will not need to reflect upon that concilation, and the new year will bring you prosperity and the other real rewards of doing something you love, well.
