Definite decision. Continous revision Life-plan over-ambitious. Great age means only half-life left for planning purposes, and if Osteopath right (see below) not even that. Previous enthusiasm this h2g2 thing diminishes as Cement languishes in some distant void. Also, instruction to daughter 'Work or Die!' means she now monopolising family pc, in order pretend work while e-mailing everyone she ever met about Father's disgraceful behaviour, whereas before safely in her own cell text messaging same. h2g2 now confined work hours. Trying construct safe house for BOF's in a BOF Inn (How clever!). Sadly, only talent seems to be name think-upping. Must take pill for instant knowledge about everything.**stumbles off stage left, in search of comfy armchair**

Hi new to all this h2g2 thing, but fell over your mention on menopolising pc time so thought I would let you know that your not the only one effected.

Have just recently been given back access to my pc after putting my bro and his family safely back on a plane to Australia from whence they came. It is an absolute godsend to have it back during the early evening instead of having to sneak down at 2am just to use it for an hour. The little one's have a great knack at being able to stay online for at least a day, sending online sms's to there friends on mobile phones etc and tell you off when you come within a five foot radius of the pc's chair.

as for Cement well you have me at a disadvantage i'm afraid. Apart from Joining bricks together in a constructive way and being able to set underwater I know nothing about it. However willing to learn!

Trials and Tribulations! I don't know what happened to pen and paper, but efforts to come the hard Dad (Its only six months of your life, then you're free! etc etc (he lied!)) have certainly backfired!

The cement comment is just that when I first arrived here I penned an entry on cement, and have been trying to get it in the Guide ever since, by lobbying and mentioning wherever I can, but it seems - hard to believe - that not everyone is as interested as they should be! Anyway, its over on your left there, if you are so inclined.

Also, I am busy constructing a safe haven for the BOFs among us. Its not really ready yet, but if you feel like popping in, please do. It is also in that list of entries on the left of the home page, for the time being.
