Note on the name: You'll find references to both Cave Hill and Cavehill, going back hundreds of years, and both are still used and still right. I've gone for Cavehill for consistency. I googled this to see how many results there were - ( loads obviously) so it might help people to find and read this interesting Entry, if they were searching for Cave Hill. Interestingly, I discovered that the Volunteer Well was marked on the early editions of the Ordinance Survey maps. The first OS survey of Ireland was completed about ten years before this case all kicked off. It's good to see the court finding in favour of the the ordinary people. There are one or two sentences that could be improved. I was confused by the sentence beginning 'The make or break point'. I think you could leave out 'he had built over', because it should be clear which path you're talking about. I think the sentence beginning 'A picture emerged' would read better if it ended 'by people using it for reaction'. Otherwise, great.
