  | | Ok, nits coming up. I am being cruel and pedantic.
I still think that it would be great if the German name for the technique was in the title. I say this because someone from the UK might hear that name, and maybe see a picture of an item decorated in this way, and then google for an article on how to do it.
Where you put 'Children are able to do this from about the age of 8.' I would put something more vague here, as children vary a lot, perhaps 'most children aged 8 or older will be able to do this with a little help from an adult'.
When you describe the basic technique I think you missed a bit, wouldn't you first have to look at your napkins and your object and decide on a design, this could be an abstract design or one based on the pictures printed on the napkins. Would you also want to draw your design on your object first, or maybe some light guidelines with a fine pencil.
These two sentances = > " If it is not white already paint it white. You can also choose cream, eggshell or ivory colored paint if you like, very light pastel colors are also possible if it fits to the napkin design." Seem a little clumsy. What about 'Your object needs to be a pale colour, either white or another pastel colour that would fit in with the design, if it is not already this colour you'll need to start off by painting it'.

  | | This is a good article now , but there still a few phrases that sound a little awkward. (I'm being pedantic and nit-picking too!)
I wondered about 'self made presents' in the first line. You talk about a 'self-made man', but normally you'd say 'home made presents', or 'presents you made yourself'.
In sentence beginning 'It also works on many materials', I think it would be better to replace 'may it be' with 'whether it is'.
In the sentence 'This way you can make your own decoration that fits to the interior of your house' etc, to me the words 'fit' and 'fitting' mean that the objects are the right shape and size. It would be better to say 'This way you can make your own decorations that suit the interior of your house in color and design, flower pots that suit the flowers, holiday decorations that suit your style and anything else you can think of'.
where you say 'Be sure to especially cover', this should be 'Be particularly careful to cover'.
And, as I explained earlier, 'motive' should be 'motif'.
