While we're still in the early days of noohootoo, might it be possible to set up an archive of 'Quotes of the Day'? It has been suggested before, but nobody was willing to take up the job on an unofficial basis, and asking the Italics didn't seem likely to get results.
Presumably making it retroactive wouldn't be possible (although it would be great if it could be managed), but surely we could set up somewhere they get listed automatically?

Well, I've made a start - A87720564. I know I'm making a rod for my own back here, but I would like to make it retroactive. It's a long job though, and will only happen in fits and starts when I've got time.

It's not automatic, mind. That would make life easier.
