I do like the taste of Green tea.
It is much softer, although it still contains "theïne" , like all the others, so I do get a slight headache by it.

And there are a lot of studies that indicate that it seems to work against cancer tumors.

I called it "theïne" , but it is strangely enough also called "cafeïne". It is - about? - the same stuff.

Down here a (too?) solid description of the effects of Green tea (by NowFoods.com)

"Green Tea Extract has been used for thousands of years as a popular beverage and herbal tonic. It is indigenous to Asia, primarily China and Japan.
Green Tea extract has a high content of polyphenols, a class of bioflavonoids.
The most active of these polyphenols are catechins, which yield the important catechin, Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG), a powerful free radical scavenging antioxidant.
Green Tea extract should contain at least 50% catechins for a truly effective product."

Above is no mentioning about anti-tumor effects, but it is said by many who fight cancer, although there is nó defenite proof.
