Posted Jul 6, 2000 by Grayhame This is a reply to this Posting   Posting 2 Humm... It's not really that easy to get gin suitable for drinking neat in this country. The best that I can advise is probably Bombay Saphire, which, while not that cheap, has a more subtle flavour than most of the more 'common' varieties. It's also fairly easy to spot in the supermarket 'cos it comes in a bright blue bottle. Surely the finest gin (well it won my flat's gin-tasting competition anyway). I didn't even like gin until this stuff converted me. Not so sure I'd recommend it neat though.
