However popular though, most young Norwegians have at one point experienced having to eat halfmelted cheese for school lunch or summer breakfast, and in many young persons life the experience is one remembered with great akwardness. In my case it took almost ten years before I wold ever taste it again, but nowadays it's the first thing I have to eat whenever I've been away from Norway to long.
