Posted Oct 5, 2005 by Cardi   Posting 1 You forgot to mention the high student population due to the University and the number of foreign language schools in the town. I spent 4 years in Bournemouth from 96 to 2000 as a student at the university and loved the place I'd happily live there again. Its the perfect place for a student bars, beaches and fun to be had everywhere...whats more the Student union bar in the town 'The Old Fire Station' does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s a converted fire station, this makes it fair cooler than most anonymous students unions in the country and also much bigger than many of them! If you can get entry as a visitor to Bournemouth it’s well worth it. Conversation list Conversation list
