I still cannot post anything on the BBC messageboards. I have been restricted, but I do not know why.

I still have had no communication from the BBC, except from the person who responded because I accidentally reported the problem as a technical fault. She said it is not a technical fault.

I have made two official complaints, but I have not even had them acknowledged, never mind responded to.

This is the only place left I can ask for help, but The Editors keep closing the threads.

Please, can somebody let me know who else I can contact to get unrestricted?

Please, Editors, if you must close this thread, can you let somebody know about my problem??

We were informed of this conversation by another member of h2g2, hence posting of a weekend.

We don't wish to appear mean, but as we have already told you, we don't work on the messageboard that you're having problems with, so we have no means of even answering your question, and it's not fair of you to drag the problem onto h2g2.

Please go to this page:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/messageboards/newguide/

And click the 'contact us' link on the left-hand side. This goes direct to the Central Communities team. Please be aware though, that the team work normal office hours, Monday to Friday, and they have thousands of emails a day to work through. You should be able to expect a reply within ten working days - which is a reasonable amount of time for any organisation.

In the meantime, please don't use h2g2 to criticise other BBC teams.

Unfortunately, we will have to lock this conversation. Do not create another one here; if you continue to post the same question again, we shall have to consider this spamming.
